Parochialism
As I have been on my journey as a TLS, one of the many
things that I have learned is that that CaptionCall is always looking ahead.
They are always working on systems, programs, and process that will ease the
burden of its employees as well as improve the service for our customers. I
remember a few times asking questions about certain things, I honestly can’t
think of the specifics, but I do remember being reminded to try to keep the “big
picture” in mind.
Thinking outside of the box and relating things to a wide
range of things, is what fosters creativity and innovation. It is also how our
company to expand and grow. Staying within a narrow frame of mind produces
dissatisfaction and lack of forward momentum.
At CaptionCall, when changes are in the process of being
made, multiple considerations are taken into place. The employee’s ability to
make the changes, and if those changes will simplify what we are doing.
Sometimes things seem more difficult due to the ambiguity of the process, but
overall, after we have worked with the system or process, we can see how it
benefits us in the long run and helps to improve the productivity and success
of the company. Keeping an open mind and looking at the overall big picture of
the nature of our business and what we want to accomplish is what keeps
CaptionCall on the cutting edge.
